Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat products, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind our quality and will make it right if something is wrong with your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if: the product delivered is spoiled or not fresh upon arrival; the wrong item or quantity was delivered; the order was not delivered and no refund has been issued. Requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot process refunds for: change of mind after the order has been processed; incorrect address provided by the customer; order refused at delivery without prior notice.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@lahmah.bh or via WhatsApp within 2 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the product. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

5. Resolution

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We may also offer a replacement delivery or store credit at our discretion.
