Preparing Your Cuts...
Order fulfilment
Effective and last updated: 2 September 2026
This policy explains where and how Lahmah Cuts delivers fresh and frozen products in Bahrain, how delivery estimates and charges work, and what customers and our appointed delivery personnel must do to protect food safety and complete a secure handover.
This policy applies to deliveries arranged through the Lahmah Cuts website within our supported areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It forms part of the Terms of Use and should be read with the Privacy Policy and Return, Replacement, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes or reduces a mandatory right relating to consumer protection, food safety, electronic transactions, privacy, or another applicable Bahrain law.
Orders are delivered by Lahmah Cuts personnel or trusted personnel specifically appointed and authorised by the store. Appointed personnel act for the limited purpose of collecting, transporting, communicating about, and handing over the order under our operational instructions.
We select and instruct delivery personnel with reasonable care and remain responsible for our delivery obligations to the extent required by law. Customers should not hand payment, products, or sensitive information to anyone who cannot reasonably identify the order or their authority to deliver it.
Availability depends on the address, product, store capacity, safe transport time, road access, and the delivery zones shown at checkout. Acceptance of an address by a map or form does not guarantee delivery until the order is accepted.
We may decline an unsupported or unsafe destination, request a corrected location, or agree a practical handover point. We will explain a material restriction where reasonably possible and refund or release any amount collected for an order we cannot fulfil.
Any delivery charge, minimum order, discount, or free-delivery condition is shown before the order is submitted. Charges may vary by disclosed zone, distance, service window, or promotion, but will not be added after acceptance without the customer’s agreement.
If we cancel the whole delivery or fail to provide the delivery service, an associated charge that supplied no value will be reversed or refunded. Partial-order remedies are assessed fairly under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
Displayed dates and time windows are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed commitment. Preparation, cutting, packing, traffic, weather, access restrictions, order volume, safety checks, and events outside reasonable control can affect arrival time.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide material delay updates through the contact details on the order. A customer may contact support if the delivery is materially late or no longer serves its agreed purpose.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate address, map pin where requested, reachable Bahrain phone number, building and access instructions, and any information reasonably needed for a safe handover. Do not place passwords, card details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information in delivery notes.
An adult customer or authorised adult recipient must be available to receive, inspect, and promptly store perishable food. The person accepting the order is treated as authorised where the delivery personnel reasonably verify the order, address, contact, or handover instruction.
We or our appointed personnel may call, message, or use WhatsApp for delivery coordination, access, delay notices, and handover. These are service communications, not marketing.
We may record proportionate proof of delivery such as the time, order reference, delivery status, recipient confirmation, approximate location, or a non-intrusive photograph of the package at an agreed handover point. We do not require a photograph of the customer or an identity document unless it is lawful, necessary, and explained.
We take reasonable measures to package products hygienically, separate products where needed, protect them from contamination and tampering, and maintain appropriate chilled or frozen handling during the delivery journey.
The customer must refrigerate or freeze products promptly according to the label and product condition. Do not consume a product that arrives unsealed where a seal is expected, unusually warm, thawed beyond a safe condition, contaminated, spoiled, or otherwise unsafe; preserve it safely and contact us immediately.
Inspect the package count, visible condition, seals, and temperature where relevant as soon as reasonably possible. If an obvious item, quantity, damage, or safety issue exists, tell the delivery person where practical and contact support promptly.
Perishable orders will not be left unattended unless the customer expressly requests an agreed location and we consider it reasonably safe. An unattended-delivery instruction does not excuse damage caused by us, but the customer is responsible for deterioration caused after a correct handover by delay in collection or storage.
We may pause, reroute, or reschedule a delivery where severe weather, road closure, vehicle failure, accident, public emergency, security concern, unsafe access, or another event makes continuation unsafe or impracticable. We will communicate and offer a reasonable solution where possible.
A delivery estimate does not remove the customer’s remedy where delay makes food unsafe, causes a material failure of the agreed service, or otherwise creates a right under mandatory law.
If delivery cannot be completed, appointed personnel will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and follow safe waiting and return procedures. Perishable food will not be left where it may become unsafe, contaminated, stolen, or exposed.
Where failure was caused solely by inaccurate customer information, unavailable access, or the absence of an authorised recipient, we may offer redelivery and disclose a reasonable charge reflecting actual additional cost before the customer agrees. No such charge applies where failure was caused by us, and no charge removes a remedy for defective, unsafe, or non-conforming goods.
Contact us immediately to request an address, time, recipient, or cancellation change. A change is effective only when confirmed and may be unavailable after preparation or dispatch, particularly for cut-to-order or perishable products.
A recipient may refuse a visibly damaged, tampered, incorrect, or apparently unsafe delivery and should contact support. Other cancellation, replacement, and refund rights are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory Bahrain law.
Report a delivery issue with the order number, delivery time, affected items, and proportionate photographs or temperature information where available. For apparent food-safety or temperature issues, contact us immediately; a requested reporting window does not waive a mandatory right.
Delivery personnel receive only the customer and order information reasonably needed to perform the delivery. We require appropriate confidentiality and handling and retain delivery records under the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, and dispute requirements.
