Preparing Your Cuts...
Legal information
Effective and last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms explain who operates Lahmah Cuts, how orders are formed and fulfilled, and the rights and responsibilities that apply when you browse, create an account, or order fresh and frozen food through our website.
These terms govern the Lahmah Cuts website, accounts, orders, delivery services, communications, and related services in the Kingdom of Bahrain. By using the service or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy that form part of them.
If you do not agree, do not place an order. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or replaces a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Bahrain consumer, food-safety, data-protection, electronic-transactions, or other mandatory law.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to place an order. If you order for another person or business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the recipient has agreed to receive the order and related communications.
The website is intended for customers in our stated delivery area in Bahrain. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and for keeping account credentials confidential.
We take reasonable care to describe products, cuts, origins, pack sizes, preparation options, allergens, and storage information accurately. Product images are illustrative. Natural variations in colour, marbling, shape, and dimensions may occur, but the product must still conform to its description, agreed specifications, and intended purpose.
Fresh products, exact cuts, and stock are subject to availability. We will not substitute an item without your approval where the substitute materially differs in product, price, allergen profile, or quantity. If an item is unavailable, we may contact you to agree a substitute, adjust the order, or cancel and refund the affected amount.
Information on this website is not medical or dietary advice. Tell us about relevant preparation instructions, but do not rely on free-text notes as the sole protection against a serious allergy; contact us before ordering if clarification is required.
The website display and shopping cart are invitations to place an order, not a binding offer by us. Your order is an offer to buy the listed products and services. An automated receipt of the order only confirms that we received it. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, begin preparation, or dispatch it, whichever occurs first.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, an unsupported address, inability to verify the customer, a legal restriction, or a safety concern. We will explain the material reason where reasonably possible and promptly reverse or refund any amount collected for a cancelled order.
Order records, confirmations, receipts, and notices may be created and delivered electronically. Keep a copy of your order confirmation and receipt as proof of purchase.
Prices are shown in Bahraini dinars (BHD). The checkout must disclose the product subtotal, discounts, delivery charge, and total before you submit the order. Any tax or government charge that becomes legally applicable will be separately and accurately disclosed; a charge will not be described as tax unless the operator is legally entitled and required to collect it.
For products sold by weight, the listed weight may be an estimate unless marked as fixed. If the final prepared weight and price can vary, the permitted tolerance or adjustment method must be shown before purchase. We will not increase the authorised total without your consent. Where the final charge is lower, the difference will be released, reduced, or refunded using the applicable payment method.
Promotions apply only on their disclosed dates and conditions. Unless expressly allowed, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retrospectively. An invalid promotion does not remove rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders remain unpaid until authorised staff record collection. When online payment is enabled, a payment authorisation is not necessarily a completed capture; the order and receipt will reflect the actual payment status.
Online payments are processed by an authorised third-party payment provider under its own security and network rules. We do not intend to store complete card numbers or card security codes. You authorise the provider and relevant financial institutions to process the amount you approve, including an agreed adjustment for a variable-weight order where clearly disclosed.
We issue a commercial receipt for each fulfilled order. A COD receipt may initially show an outstanding balance and will be marked paid only after cash collection is recorded. Keep the receipt for returns, complaints, and payment queries. We do not issue a tax invoice unless and until legally registered and entitled to do so.
Delivery areas, time windows, and charges shown at checkout are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. You must provide a complete address, reachable Bahrain phone number, safe access, and an authorised adult to receive and inspect food. Contactless or unattended delivery occurs only where we agree and may be unsuitable for perishable products.
We will take reasonable steps to preserve the required temperature and prevent contamination until delivery. Responsibility for correct storage and safe handling passes when the products are delivered to you or your authorised recipient. Follow label and delivery instructions promptly, including refrigeration or freezing requirements.
If delivery fails because the address or contact details were inaccurate, access was unavailable, or no authorised recipient attended, we will contact you where reasonably possible. Any redelivery or cancellation charge must be reasonable, reflect actual costs, and be disclosed before it is imposed. This does not apply where failure was caused by us.
Report delay-related safety concerns immediately. A delivery estimate does not remove your remedy if delay makes food unsafe, materially reduces its agreed value, or otherwise breaches mandatory consumer law.
Inspect the package, temperature where relevant, quantity, and visible condition as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Do not consume a product that appears spoiled, contaminated, tampered with, materially damaged, or unsafe. Preserve the packaging, label, receipt, and affected product safely until we advise what to do.
Please notify us promptly so evidence can be preserved. For apparent quality or temperature issues, contacting us within two hours is strongly recommended, but missing that requested timeframe does not waive a right available under mandatory law. See the Return & Refund Policy for the claim process and remedies.
Because many products are perishable or prepared to the customer’s instructions, change-of-mind cancellation may become unavailable once sourcing, cutting, marinating, packing, or dispatch has begun. The checkout or order confirmation may state a more generous cancellation window.
This limitation never applies to products that are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, materially damaged, or not in conformity with the agreed description, lawful specifications, or purpose. Eligible remedies, evidence expectations, refund timing, and the special treatment of perishable goods are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
You must keep account information accurate, use reasonable security, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but not for unauthorised activity caused by our failure to use legally required security.
We may send transactional communications needed to administer your account and order by email, SMS, telephone, or WhatsApp. Marketing communications are optional and are governed by the Privacy Policy; you may opt out without affecting service messages.
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate purchases in a harmful way, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks, abuse promotions, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful activity.
We may proportionately restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, staff, systems, payment providers, or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a route to challenge the decision. Suspension does not remove accrued payment, refund, privacy, or consumer rights.
The website, brand, design, text, software, and original media are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal lawful shopping, not to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it.
If you submit a review, image, or other content, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, moderate, and display it for operating and promoting the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights. We will not use private support communications as public endorsements without permission.
The service may rely on third parties for hosting, authentication, maps, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, payment processing, and delivery. Their separate terms may apply when you directly use their service. We remain responsible for our own obligations and do not use a third-party arrangement to remove non-waivable customer rights.
External links are provided for convenience. We do not control an external site and are not responsible for its independent content or practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt the website. We will use reasonable care to restore material functions and to communicate significant order impacts. We are not liable for delay caused solely by an event beyond reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep you informed, and provide cancellation or refund rights where the law or circumstances require.
We are responsible for supplying products and services with the care, quality, conformity, and safety required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that was not caused by its breach. Business losses are not recoverable by a customer acting wholly as a consumer.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, unsafe or defective products, breach of confidentiality or data-protection duties, or any mandatory consumer remedy.
We may update these terms for changes in law, services, security, providers, or business practices. The revised effective date will be displayed. A material change will not apply retrospectively to an accepted order unless required by law or expressly agreed. Where appropriate, we will give prominent notice before a material change takes effect.
These terms and non-contractual matters connected with them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory forum or complaint right available to you.
Please contact us first with the order number, receipt, and a clear description so we can investigate. We aim to acknowledge a complaint promptly and resolve it fairly. You may also contact the Ministry of Industry and Commerce Consumer Protection Directorate through its published channels, including 17007003, consumer_protection@moic.gov.bh, or the national Tawasul system. Nothing requires you to give up that right.
