By accessing or using Lahmah Cuts (lahmah.bh), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Our Service
Lahmah Cuts provides an online platform for ordering fresh, halal-certified meat products for delivery within Bahrain. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Orders are charged at the time of placement.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Bahrain only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, or third-party logistics.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lahmah Cuts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.
